Southerner Sherry falls for eccentric New Yorker Lola at an appliance commercial audition in Atlanta. The struggling, middled-aged, Lesbian actresses play house at Sherry’s until she loses it in her divorce. Adrift, the couple head westward on a comedic road trip, competing for the spotlight, and redefining the meaning of home.
