In 1980s Texas, a lonely prejudiced woman unleashes the KKK on a Vietnamese family that moved in next door to her, but as the Klan’s violence toward the family escalates, the woman's hatred of them fades when she gets to know them, so  she tries to call off the attacks, becoming herself a target of the Klan.
