A romantic comedy about a naïve Iowa woman who is living out of an exotic sports car (not hers, but that’s another story) in Los Angeles while desperately trying to close her first movie deal or she will be bankrupt. Her attorney insists that it close AFTER her divorce is finalized to avoid paying alimony to her soon-to-be ex who has gambled away all their funds. Meanwhile a sleazy movie producer is trying to finalize the deal and lock her in before his investors shut him down; now her husband discovers she's in Hollywood and suspects she’s about to make a lot of money and hires a private investigator to follow her in his own hot cars...but when the PI pretends to be a competing producer, he discovers he's falling in love with her! This could lead to a serious romantic collision!
